Paws for Responders

Comfort K9s are therapy dogs who work in an emergency responder facility with a dedicated, trained handler. If you would like to add your dog to our program or need help choosing a dog to build a program, book a Virtual Consultation with Kelsey to get started.

Comfort K9s

Numerous studies show the positive impacts of interacting with therapy dogs. Having a dog, trained to engage in this type of service, spending most of their days WITHIN the department, could have life changing effects on responders in the facility.

Because every department, city, and county is unique, we create customized programs for every Comfort K9-Handler team we work with. Below are some of the perks you can expect in our Paws for Responders programs.
