Comfort K9 Programs
Because each department is unique and each dog-handler team requires individual guidance to help them be as successful as possible in the program, the Paws for Responders Comfort K9 training will look different for each agency.
Whether you already have a pup ready to jump into training, have a seasoned dog who needs to brush up their skills, or you find you land somewhere in between, Kelsey can support your goals to build an effective Comfort K9 program.
All departments must book an Initial Consultation with Kelsey BEFORE enrolling in one of the following programs to receive pre-approval to join.

Puppy Jump Start
$600 Onboarding
+ $3000/month
4 Initial Private Training Sessions to get you up to speed and acclimated to the program
Board and Train in Kelsey's home to receive one-on-one attention for socialization and training
Full access to the FOCUS on Dogs Membership (review Pack Member Perks) + monthly training meetings with other Comfort K9 teams
Switch to Handler Support program once you bring home the puppy
Handler support
$600 Onboarding
+ $500/month
4 Initial Private Training Sessions to get you up to speed and acclimated to the program
2 Private Training Sessions monthly for hands-on practice with Kelsey
2 Training Walks monthly for Kelsey to spend one-on-one time with the dog
Full access to the FOCUS on Dogs Membership (review Pack Member Perks) + monthly training meetings with other Comfort K9 teams
Continued education
$600 Onboarding
+ $69/month
4 Initial Private Training Sessions to get you up to speed and acclimated to the program
